The Executive Board of the project for the ceramic way along the bank of the Red river cooperated with the Ho Chi Minh communist youth union of Hanoi’s Yen Phu precinct to publicise the project which will be carried out in the precinct.

Artists introduced the community of people in ceramic pictures that will be created. In addition, they will open courses on ceramic pictures so that the community will understand, love the pictures, and contribute to preserve them.
The project is aimed at creating new art images for Hanoi and will provide Hanoians knowledge about public arts as well as creative skills needed to participate in the project.
