Record Christmas cake is good for goodness sake

              A 22m long cake in the shape of a tree trunk will be on display in HCM City for Christmas.
                            
           

This cake is the product of 100 workers at Swetthome Bakery – Hy Lam Mon. It is 5 tonnes, over 22m in length and 1.2m in diameter.
 
 The ingredients: 605kg of flour, 1,000kg of sugar, 3kg of vegetable oil, 110kg of fresh milk, 45kg of chocolate, 40kg of butter, 60kg of jam and 800kg of cream. A total of 60 hours was spent making this record cake.
 
 Swetthome Bakery – Hy Lam Mon has broken its 2004 record cake which was 6m-long and weighed 1 tonne.
 
On Christmas night, the cake will be shared with disabled children.
