We supply domestic air ticket from Vietnam Airlines, Pacific Airlines and Indochina Airlines. For international tickets we always supply cheaper prices as we are selling agents of almosts airlines in the area. With more than 15 year in airlines ticket business, our staff will help you to chose the best routes, best fares and best consultance for you

Booking airticket with us, you not need to issue ticket and settle payment immedietly. Our booking processing will be as follows:
* You can check on the database of the airlines your routes, your dates and prices
* Let us know your full names and flight details by email to ticketing@iasvietnam.com or with our onlines travel help desk at tickeing-ias@yahoo.com or ticketing-ias@skype.com
* Our staff reserve seat for and and inform you the booking code (PNR), prices, time limit to issue ticket
* You only have to pay us when you decide to issue ticket (must before the time limit)

For hotel, tour, visa we will provide the same steps.

1. Payment policy:
- Full payment in advance is required. Payments can be in credit cards or by bank transfer. All the bank fees are on the sender (with extra about 25usd –40usd per each transaction, and about 3.5% of total payable amount if payment by credit card).
2. Cancellation policy:
- Any cancellation at 65 days prior to arrival date: NO charge (except in case of issuing the flight tickets to guarantee the seats)
- Any cancellation between 65 days to 45 days prior to arrival date: 25% charge
- Any cancellation between 45 days to 35 days prior to arrival date: 50% charge
- Any cancellation between 35 days to 25 days prior to arrival date: 75% charge
- Any cancellation less than 25 days: 100% charge
- Any cancellation due to irresistible reasons such as war, strikes, earthquarthe.. will be subject to no charge

3. Booking process notes:

Upon receipt of your request or booking, we will immediately send a short notice to acknowledge the receipt
We will deal with your requests or bookings and send out our detailed proposal or tour confirmation within 24 hours with details of specific terms & conditions

4. Flights

Please be advised that Flight schedules by Vietnam Airlines are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any flight schedule change, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly. We will try to guarantee the price and program as confirmed. But we have the case to inform of any incurred surcharges. Furthermore, we are not reliable for the fact that in case of flight schedule change that clients cannot connect the international flights
5. Visa

Every traveler is requested with a visa in order to enter Vietnam except for countries that Vietnam Government has signed the contract of visa exemption for the citizens of respective countries
IAS has the permission to apply the visa into Vietnam for foreign traveler. In this case, we will be representative office of traveler in Vietnam. However, we will not hold any responsibility for any acts against Vietnamese Government stimulated by the traveler that gives harms to Vietnam.

6. Warranty

IAS will commit all the services as confirmed and stated in tour confirmation. However we are not reliable for any injure, loss or damage borne by clients during their journey due to circumstances beyond IAS’s control
Once we send out tour confirmation, we send all full information on places and destinations; we will not hold any responsibility due to the fact that these destinations change appearances due to any irresistible reasons. In this case, we will arrange the visit to alternative with similar costs

9. Jurisdiction

Any dispute which cannot be settled on mutual compromise will be settled at the Court where IAS is located
