  2. Recently I have reduced my weight by 4 kg by doing some free hand exercise, and changing in food habits.I avoid oily and starchy food.And doing some yoga and prana yam( breathing exercise).

    I am avoiding junk food. Following a vegetable and fruit diet and doing some normal exercise. It has helped me a lot.

    You should avoid fast food, avoid oily food, start running or do regular 20-30 min jogging, avoid sugar.you should drink Lemon water.Start eating green vegatables.By this you can easily burn calories.

    Cut calories without eating less and feeling hungry, you need to replace some higher calorie foods with foods that are lower in calories and fill you up. In general, these foods contain a lot of water and are high in fiber.
